Ringwood Senior Coach Brett Rowe passes another milestone this weekend, coaching his 130th senior game.
Rowe becomes the longest serving senior coach in the club's 129 year history, surpassing club legend Rod Allison's long time record of 129 games coached.
An icon of the Ringwood Football Netball Club, Brett Rowe has guided the club to three Senior Grand Finals and a Minor Premiership in 2021 in a covid affected season. Back in 2024, he coached game number 100 for Ringwood, joining an elite group of just three Ringwood senior coaches, Rod Allison and Steve Parsons.
A life member, a premiership player of the club as well as a team of the decade member, all for Ringwood, Brett Rowe has been the heart and soul of Jubilee Park.
This Saturday, Ringwood meets East Burwood at Jubilee Park where Rowe will lead the side for the 130th time.
The milestone also going hand in hand with Steve Brown running out in the black and white for a milestone 200th game for the Redbacks, receiving his life membership.
