Coaches Wanted – Bayswater FC

Bayswater Football Club was established in 1895 and is currently in Division One of the Eastern Football Netball League. We are fortunate to be based at Bayswater Oval, the home of the EFNL Premier Division Finals.

The Club invites applications for the following coaching positions for the 2023 Season and beyond:

Men’s Senior Coach

Men’s Reserves Coach

Under 19s Coach

Women’s Coach

We are seeking motivated coaches with an emphasis on the following traits:

1. A strong understanding of the modern game.

2. A passion for teaching and developing young men and women.

3. Drive a strong and inclusive culture.

4. Exceptional communication skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with all club officials and coaches.

6. Potential to recruit players to the club.

7. Commitment to the development of players skills and general football ability.

8. Willingness to implement overall club goals and vision.

9. Minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation.
   

The Club has high expectations for its future and is looking forward to developing a stronger playing list to challenge for the ultimate success.
