COACHES WANTED – FAIRPARK FOOTBALL CLUB

The Fairpark Football Club would like to invite candidates to apply for the following positions for the 2021 season.

Senior Assistant Coach (Playing preferred)

Reserves Football Coach

U19s Football Coach

Women’s Football Coach

We are a strong, community based football club that provides an inclusive and welcoming environment for our members through encouraging a positive club culture, health and on field success and are seeking coaches (playing or non-playing) who are able to assist the club in a period of sustained growth and success. Last season, our Senior Mens, Reserves and Under 19s teams all played finals (with our Seniors winning the premiership) and next season will be the inaugural playing season for our Womens team.

We are seeking coaches with extremely high standards that show leadership and have an emphasis on the development of both the playing group and the club culture. The club is seeking applicants who are committed to success both in the short and long term. Playing and coaching experience is preferred but not essential for the right applicant; attitude and ability to work with our other coaches is most important in this role.

The successful applicants will be supported by a strong committee and football leadership group, with expectations including attendance at training 2 nights a week during both pre-season and regular season dates as well as game day attendance and coaching. There is flexibility to request or provide your own assistant coaches for this role.
