Coaches Wanted – Scoresby

Scoresby Football Netball Club affiliated in Division 3 of the EFNL is seeking expressions of interest for the positions of Reserves Coach and U19 Coach for the 2023 season.

Applicants will possess strong leadership and excellent communication skills along with having the ability to work with the club and Coaching panel

Candidates will need to be able to display the following attributes:

1. A disciplined, organised and structured approach to both training sessions and games

2. Be a strong educator who places significant value on both playing and personal development striving for on field success

3. A genuine commitment to working in unison with the club coaching panel with the aim of providing the playing group a clear pathway to Senior Football

4. Ability to consistently display behaviours in line with clubs family based culture

5. Previous Coaching and Senior playing experience would be advantageous/desirable

6. A Level 1 AFL Coaching accreditation or a willingness to attain

Remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
