Applications are now open for the 2016 Eastern-Central Region Coaches Academy.

The 2015 academy group recently graduated, with two coaches successfully being appointed to senior jobs in 2016. The academy is a fantastic opportunity for you to fast track the development of a coach or coaches at your club.

The program is be a yearlong course (we meet once a month) designed to prepare prospective coaches to transition coaching upper youth (15) to open age football. It provides them with opportunities of further education, networking, mentoring and ongoing support. Through the program coaches will develop a coaching philosophy, understand the coaches role in the club and understanding of coaching practice

Places are limited. We will be accepting no more than 20 coaches.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop people in your club. It will suit Senior Assistant, reserve, Under 15-19 and leaders with coaching potential
