The Eastern Ranges are holding their July School Holiday Development Day for boys and girls aged 12-15 on Monday, July 8.

The Development Day provides participants with the opportunity to train like a NAB League player and see what it takes to become an AFL or AFLW star!

Details:

Date: Monday, July 8 Time: 9am-3pm Venue: Rowville Secondary College Cost: $110 per participant (includes lunch, drinks and snacks)

What’s included: – AFL Draft Combine Testing with RISE High Performance – Tackling & contact skills session with Malcolm Bangs – Nutrition and recovery advice – NAB League training sessions – Certificate of completion & testing results – Opportunity to work with Eastern Ranges coaches, under-18 NAB League boys & girls players, club dietitian, tackling coach & high performance team – Lunch, drinks and snacks provided on the day (please advise club of any dietary requirements)
