There is no doubt that the culture continues to improve down at the Heights. The boys from the stable are gradually understanding what it will take to compete with the big boys of Division 2.
A New president and stability in its coaching line up will give the Mustangs the perfect mix of fresh ideas and consistency which they hope will breed success.
