LIONS ‘BUCKLE UP’ FOR 2014

A statement from the Doncaster East Football Club…

IT is with great pleasure that the Doncaster East Football Club announces the appointment of Steve Buckle as Senior Coach.

Formerly senior coach at Division 3 Club Heathmont Jets for four and a half years, Steve is looking to further his coaching career and sees our playing list as having real potential.

He has a sound record of being able to bring the best out of players and is looking forward to working with our young brigade.

Steve brings a wealth of experience from his playing days in QAFL, VAFA and EFL, where he started his coaching journey midway through 2009, taking Heathmont from relegation to a premiership within two seasons.

We heartily welcome Steve, Tara and McKenzie and Hudson Buckle into our pride at Donny East.
