Eastern Football & Netball League (EFNL)

The Eastern Football and Netball League (EFNL) is one of Australia’s largest and most respected community sporting leagues - and Netball is a core pillar of our future. With strong foundations, a passionate community, and a clear growth agenda centred on participation, we’re now looking for a Netball Competitions Coordinator who’s ready to help elevate the next chapter.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine influence. Whether you’re an emerging leader from a smaller competition or an experienced coordinator seeking a fresh environment, you’ll find the EFNL offers scale, support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

  • Build strong relationships with venues, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to competition improvements, operational planning, and league-wide initiatives.

  • Ensure competitions run efficiently, safely, and in line with league expectations.

About You

You’re someone who thrives in community sport and understands what it takes to run great competitions. You have previously managed or led netball competitions and are ready for a new challenge - one where you can shape, influence, and grow something with real purpose.

You bring:

  • Experience coordinating or leading netball competitions.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

  • A passion for participation, development, and community sport.

Why EFNL?

You’ll join a league with a proud history, strong values, and a genuine commitment to growing netball. You’ll work alongside a supportive CEO and leadership team who value initiative, fresh thinking, and practical impact.

A flexible remuneration package and working arrangement will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
