The 2020 Eastland Senior Men’s Premier Division fixture has been officially released.

The 2020 home and away season begins on Saturday, April 4, as Round 1 sees the newly-promoted Doncaster East unfurl its 2019 Division 1 senior flag when it hosts reigning Premier Division premier Vermont at Zerbes Reserve. Meanwhile, Blackburn kicks off its campaign when it hosts Balwyn in the annual Good Friday clash on April 10.

Anzac Day football features for all Premier Division clubs, including local rivals Doncaster and Doncaster East renewing acquaintances for the first time since 2015.

The fixture holds no shortage of blockbusters, with the stage set for the Premier Division grand final rematch in Round 4 as Vermont hosts Blackburn in the Eagles’ centenary match on May 2. May 2 is the closest to the day of May 1 when Vermont played its first competitive match in 1920. Meanwhile, Balwyn faces off against Noble Park in the traditional Queen’s Birthday weekend clash in Round 9.
