Premier Grand Final boundary umpire, Ryan Pulley, has been awarded the 2022 AFL Victoria Silver Whistle award for most outstanding Academy umpire in Eastern Region.
As a member of the AFL Victoria Talent Academy, Pulley was awarded the Silver Whistle for his performances in state league (NAB League, VFLW) matches this year, his attendance and participation in academy personal development sessions and his willingness to assist in coaching fellow umpires.
