Yarra Valley Water understands these challenges and wants to ensure customers are aware that support is available.

Customers who are eligible to register their concession card with Yarra Valley Water, could save up to 50% on their water and sewer charges – a saving that can make a real difference.

Last year, Yarra Valley Water also supported more than 23,000 customers through utility relief grants, helping eligible households access up to $650 in support.
