The Doncaster Football Club invites candidates to register their interest for the following position.

Senior Assistant COACH

The successful candidates will become a valued member of a highly experienced, and respected coaching team, and will drive the recruitment and development of the playing group for the upcoming 2023 season.

Overview of the Role

1. Supporting the Senior Coach in the development and implementation of the Club’s football program

2. Supporting the Senior Coach at training and on match days

3. Supporting the development of players when it comes to:

1. Football skills, physical attributes, and knowledge

2. Physical and emotional wellbeing; and,

3. Personal character and leadership capacity.

You are required to have attained, or are willing to attain, a minimum of a level 1 AFL Victoria coaching accreditation.
