Senior Coach Wanted – Scoresby FNC

Scoresby Football Netball Club affiliated with the EFNL is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Coach for the 2023 season.

Applicants will possess strong leadership and excellent communication skills along with having the ability to work with the club and Coaching panel

Candidates will need to be able to display the following attributes:

1. A disciplined, organised and structured approach to both training sessions and games

2. A willingness to work in harmony with other Coaches ensuring the lines of communication are open

3. Be a strong educator who places significant value on both playing and personal development striving for on field success

4. Ability to consistently display behaviours in line with clubs family based culture

5. A previous Senior Coaching role would be advantageous/desirable

6. A Level 1 AFL Coaching accreditation

Remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
