Senior Women’s Coach Wanted

Montrose Football Club is looking for a senior women’s coach to further a successful inaugural year in 2021.

We are looking for someone who can help us to build an inclusive, supportive and strong women’s program. We would love to hear from a range of applicants including experienced coaches, those beginning their coaching careers and player/coaches. Remuneration available based on experience

Our 2022 senior women’s coach will be able to…

Apply their knowledge of football to build player’s skills, develop game play and win games.

Work with players from a range of backgrounds, levels of ability and ages.

Create a safe, fun and supportive environment for training and games.

Provide a well rounded program including skills, nutrition, fitness, women’s health and leadership development.

Bring a passion for women’s sport and a commitment to contributing to the girls and women’s program at Montrose Football Club.

Work closely with the club Physio, Strength and Conditioning and La Trobe University’s Prep to Play programs.
