Berwick enter the Eastern Football & Netball League as the 46th current senior football team and become the 65th team to have played senior football since the league commenced in 1962.
SBRD* have produced some gold – Berwick have played senior men’s football against some current EFNL teams previously, back in the 1930s-1950s including Noble Park, Mulgrave, Ferntree Gully and Scoresby. Just for the record: in the Dandenong and District FL Noble Park 28 Berwick 9.
