TRAINERS INFO EVENING

Elastoplast, Club Warehouse and LifeCare Croydon will host two nights early in the season targeted to trainers in both junior and senior football. The Senior Night will be held on March 24:

Where: LifeCare Croydon – 383 – 387 Dorset Road, Croydon

7:30pm – 9:00pm The evening will be streamed to cater for trainers dealing with Senior Football Clubs. The use of foam rollers & stretch belts by sports trainers in preventing injury, enhancing recovery & encouraging player self-massage. Hamstring assessment / treatment / return to sport The Junior information night will be held April 15:
