It is with deep sadness that the Eastern Football League community mourns the passing of Ken Walters.
Ken was a Life Member of the EFL, awarded for his many years of service as Umpire Advisor for the Knox Junior Football Association.
He also umpired many EFL senior, VFA, YVMDFL, midweek churches and services football matches and secondary schools until his mid-seventies, totalling more than 50 years and thousands of games service to the game.
Our thoughts are with Ken’s family and friends at this time.
