Blackburn came from behind at Schramms Reserve to defeat Doncaster. Meanwhile, Balwyn posted its second win in a row, defeating North Ringwood at Quambee Reserve.
DIVISION 2
Doncaster East continued to stake its claim as the real deal in Division 2, defeating the Waverley Blues at Zerbes Reserve. Lilydale returned to the winners list with a solid win over Mitcham, after a narrow eight-point loss to Knox last weekend.
DIVISION 3
In Division 3’s match of the round, Heathmont responded after its loss to Scoresby last round, defeating Boronia at H.E Parker Reserve. The Basin proved too good for East Burwood, running out comfortable winners.
DIVISION 4
After two losses in a row, Coldstream re-affirmed its finals hopes, soundly defeating Kilsyth at Coldstream Reserve. Meanwhile, the Whitehorse Pioneers took out the Springfield Cup over Nunawading at Koonung Reserve.
