Meanwhile, Balwyn registered its second win for the season to keep its top four hopes alive, defeating East Ringwood by 97 points.
Division 2 action saw Mooroolbark defeat Wantirna South by 12 points, while Lilydale fell to the unbeaten Knox at the Lilydale Sports Oval.
In Division 3’s Stop. One Punch Can Kill match, Templestowe took the cup, defeating Warrandyte at home by 42 points. Meanwhile, Boronia suffered its second consecutive loss for the season, overran by an in-form Ringwood at Tormore Reserve.
Forest Hill continued on from last week’s victory over the Glen Waverley Hawks with an 80-point point win over Kilsyth, while the Whitehorse Pioneers returned to the winners’ list with a nine-point victory over Donvale.
