THE ROWVILLE FOOTBALL CLUB INC. AFFILIATED WITH THE EASTERN FOOTBALL NETBALL LEAGUE AND WITH AN OUTSTANDING JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. SEEK SUITABLE QUALIFIED APPLICANTS FOR A SENIOR WOMEN’S COACHING POSITION FOR THE 2021 SEASON.
We are a community-based club with teams from Under 8s through to seniors.
Our women’s team were extremely competitive in their first season winning the 2019 premiership.
We are looking for a person with high standards, strong leadership skills, and an appetite to develop young footballers.
As such these skills are considered vital for this role.
The suitable applicant must have excellent communication skills, be professional in behaviours, have a mature approach to football and be able to assist in developing the Rowville Football Club overall.
With a young and developing list we are seeking someone focussed on nurturing and developing young players.
Having previous senior playing or coaching experience is an advantage.
